For some time now, I have been trying to transfer photos from my malware ridden old desktop. I got my Laptop in 2009 so when I say for some time, you should realize that I have been patient in some ways and extremely obtuse in others.
I finally discovered that the thumb drive I had been using was not large enough and broken, but what's five years in solving a Comp Sci problem. I am delighted to have found some old friends from spring and summers past:
